Key Responsibilities:

  • Practice Operations Leadership;
  • Surgical Coordination Excellence: Master the intricate dance of surgery scheduling across multiple hospitals, managing Dr. González's complex calendar with flawless precision;
  • VIP Patient Experience: Create extraordinary patient journeys from initial consultation through post-operative care, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations;
  • Documentation Mastery: Maintain impeccable records of medical licenses, privileges, and all regulatory compliance requirements Client Relations & Communication;
  • Appointment Orchestration: Handle high-value patient scheduling with discretion and efficiency;
  • Professional Photography: Manage before/after patient photography with sensitivity and professionalism;
  • Pre-Surgical Preparation: Coordinate all surgery documentation, consents, and CLA submissions with meticulous attention to detail ;
  • Correspondence Management: Serve as the sophisticated communication hub for all practice correspondence Surgical Support Operations;
  • Revenue Management: Handle surgical billing with accuracy and confidentiality;
  • Logistics Coordination: Ensure surgical instruments, implants, and materials are perfectly positioned for each procedure Professional Network Management;

Minimum requirements

  • Complete Bachelor Degree in Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance preferred.
  • Bilingual Mastery: Fluent English and Spanish communication (written and oral).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid Driver's License: Puerto Rico driver's license required.
  • Mathematical Precision: Calculate percentages, proportions, and handle complex numerical data.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Analytical Excellence: Interpret medical publications, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of financial information.
