At Medplus Solutions, we are seeking a Program Coordinator to provide direct support to our Commercial Excellence Manager in coordinating, administering, and executing pharmaceutical programs. This role is essential to ensure seamless program delivery and strengthen our Pharmacy operations.


What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate daily activities for pharmaceutical programs and new product launches.
  • Organize and follow up on cross-functional meetings with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Procurement.
  • Maintain updated project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
  • Collect and analyze data for business reviews, scorecards, and performance reports.
  • Provide client account support by handling routine communications and ad-hoc requests.
  • Assist with the preparation of client-facing presentations and materials.
  • Support process improvements while ensuring compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.Competitive salary and full benefits package.

Minimum requirements

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in program coordination, project support, or a similar role.
  • Experience in healthcare environments preferred (Health Plans, Pharmaceuticals, Specialty Pharmacy, or Pharma Wholesale).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities.
  • Customer service mindset with a professional communication style.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance guidelines and policies.
  • Experience with data analysis and report generation.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical or specialty pharmacy operations.
  • Project management software experience (Asana, Monday.com, MS Project).
  • Database management experience.
