Minimum requirements
- Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales with a strong record of achieving targets.
- Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role, leading and developing teams.
- Experience within Healthcare, Health Plans, Pharmaceuticals, Specialty Pharmacy, or Pharma Wholesale is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically.
- Project Management experience handling cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Fully bilingual: English & Spanish (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attitude: A customer-first approach with a passion for building long-term client relationships.
